Fees
Nightly fee is charged per person with a minimum 3-night stay and minimum 6 people.
1. Shared Room:
- Cost: $39 per person per night, which includes the 8% lodging tax.
- All rooms have 2 or 3 twin beds.
2. Private Room:
- Cost: $53 per person per night.
- Availability: There are 5 rooms.
3. Lodging Tax:
- An 8% lodging tax is included in price mentioned above.
4. Room Allocation for Shared Rooms:
- If only 6 guests have rented, they will be required to use 3 of the rooms for shared accommodation unless they pay for a private room.
5. Private Room Availability:
- The availability of private rooms depends on the total number of guests.

Security deposit $200
Refundable Security Deposit:
- A fee will be collected as a refundable security deposit from group coordinator. The amount of the deposit will be refunded to the point of contact within ten days of departure if:
- Guests have caused no damage to the property.
- Guests have not taken any belongings.
- Guests have not violated any of the policies.
- The cleaning checklist has been completed satisfactorily.

Deposit required to reserve your stay $275
To secure your spot, kindly submit the required deposit and sign the agreement with the next 10 days. This will go towards your refundable security deposit and first night fee. Feel free to contact us for tentative date reservations.
Cancellation policy
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to your visit. Ensure cancellations are made in writing or via phone call. Please contact us to verify that we have cancelled your reservation.
Cancellations within 30 days result in a $400 deposit forfeiture.
