The home has an upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs is a daylight basement. The main level is upstairs, entrance consist of 5 steps. Large patio by front door. Upstairs you will find dining room, kitchen, laundry, 1/2 bath, living room with tv & couches. Large deck off of living room. Sewing station in corner of living room with two tables. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Two bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and the other with 3 twin beds.
Going downstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, with 2-3 twin beds in each room. Full bathroom with step in shower. The main sewing area has multiple tables with room for 12 people. 3 irons & boards, 3 cutting areas with mats provided.
Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled 30 days prior to your visit. Ensure cancellations are made in writing or via phone call. Please contact us to verify that we have cancelled your reservation.
Cancellations within 30 days result in a $400 deposit forfeiture.
The group can decide on a preferred method for splitting the payment amongst its members. To simplify the process, have one designated person to handle the reservation and payment. Our payment policy for groups at the retreat requires a $400 deposit upon booking, with the remaining balance due at time of check in. We accept payment in form of cash, check, or Venmo.

The maximum occupancy for our rental is 12 guests.
Check-in is at 10 am and check-out is at 1 pm
Yes, we require a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the property.
Unfortunately, the home is not wheelchair accessible. There are multiple stairs outside and inside the home.
There is no central air conditioning. In the summer there are window air conditioning units in kitchen and upstairs living room. One bedroom has a ceiling fan. 5 individual fans are available.
Smoking is not allowed in the property. Violating this rule will result in forfeiture of deposit.
Kitchen includes 2 refrigerators, coffee maker (drip or pods, you provide) crockpot, instant pot, toaster, griddle, waffle iron, cookie sheets, mixer, pots & pans, cutlery, plates, cups, cutting boards, knives.
There is NO ice maker available. Use our ice cube trays or bring your own bagged ice.
